Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item(s), you may return it for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of the purchase date.
The following items are not returnable:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Wearable items such as t-shirts, hats, and socks that are not in original packaging or have tags removed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and with its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please bring it to the store along with your receipt. If you are unable to return the item in person, please contact us and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days.
We reserve the right to deny a refund to your original method of payment if we deem that an item has been sufficiently used. Instead, we will offer our trade-in value for store credit.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with an exchange.
Store Credit
If you prefer, you can receive store credit for your returned item. Store credit can be used for any purchase in the store and does not expire.
